ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK M. Davis Landscape & Design is currently seeking an accounts payable clerk to join our team.

• Accurate and timely end to end processing of monthly A / P run
• Monitor A / P email, print invoices as received
• Reply to all vendor queries
• Match invoices to purchase orders and packing slip where needed
• Process invoices in accounting software and obtain invoice approvals
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Prepare EFT & Cheque runs
• Other administrative duties as required including, but not limited to
• Filing
• Answering the phone
• Mail processing
• Office Supply Ordering Required Qualifications :
• Basic accounting education is considered an asset
• Experience in accounting / office administration is considered an asset
• Superior communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be organized as a large quantity of invoices are received on a monthly basis, with peak quantities during the summer months
• Ability to work under tight time constraints
• Must have own transportation as bus service is not available near our office.
