About The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing — a strategic and hands‑on leader who can turn organic traffic, content, and analytics into a predictable growth engine. You’ll own Featherless’s growth stack end‑to‑end : web presence, SEO, analytics, paid experimentation, and conversion funnels — and help coordinate the full website rebrand and relaunch. Your mission : grow qualified traffic and convert awareness into activation.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the full website rebrand (UX, copy, and performance) with internal and external partners
• Define and execute Featherless’s SEO and keyword strategy
• Build and manage analytics + attribution systems (GA4, PostHog, Supabase, Looker)
• Optimize signup, activation, and retention funnels with data‑led experiments
• Run small, high‑impact paid campaigns to test messaging
• Collaborate with DevRel on content strategy
• Report weekly on growth KPIs — traffic, conversion, activation, churn
