The opportunity

As a Senior Tax Staff, you will be a part of US Corporate Tax practice. We help our clients identify and solve their US compliance obligations and assist them in successfully aligning all of the different areas of taxation into a benefit-driven strategy.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

Senior Tax Staff in our U.S. Corporate Tax practice participate in and supervise multiple and challenging tax engagements and to contribute to the delivery of compliance services and innovative tax planning ideas for our diverse clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Preparing U.S. corporate and partnership tax returns for multinational clients.
  • Conducting tax research at federal and state levels, thoroughly analyzing U.S. cross-border tax issues and drafting technical memos related to specific client matters.
  • State nexus analysis and familiarity with the Canada-US Tax Treaty.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term working relationships with clients.
  • Team-based approach to problem solving.

A successful candidate will have :

  • An undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent supervisory, analytical, and leadership ability
