Medical Office Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative duties for patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.

Requirements

• Min.1 year experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in the English language;
• Excellent time management and attention to detail;
• Experience with electronic health records (PSS/CHR)
• High School Diploma with at least one years experience in medical reception and medical records;
• Previous hospital or medical clinical experience desirable;
• Strong written communication skills and excellent telephone manner
• Good organization and prioritizing skills
• Caring and compassionate
