Role Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll be more than just an employee; you'll be a vital part of our mission. Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, you'll work closely with clients and teammates alike, embodying our values of sincerity, understanding, and positive impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead ERP implementations, always putting the client's needs first.
• Be the go-to expert for functional and technical project aspects, sharing your knowledge generously.
• Craft and deploy Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions that truly solve problems.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that make a real difference.
• Keep meticulous records, because every detail counts.
• Engage in internal meetings that aren't just about business, but also about team growth and fun.
• Build relationships that go beyond just professional networking.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• You're not just experienced; you're wise in the ways of ERP implementations.
• You're a SaaS aficionado, especially when it comes to platforms that drive business success.
• Extra certifications? That's just the cherry on top.

Additional Skills

• You can present not just slides, but ideas.
• You're as comfortable with a mouse and keyboard as you are with a team and client.
