Job descriptionA great attitude! Experience as a Service Advisor is strongly preferred. Previous experience in a customer-focused industry. Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Thrives in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license. Understanding of CDK would be considered an asset. Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail. Friendly and a trustworthy individual. Ability to multi-task. Competent level of computer proficiency. Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service. Excellent listening skills. Problem solver.
Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensuring customers receive the highest attention prior, during and after their service visit.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Handling customer’s inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
- Additional duties as assigned.
