Varicent is establishing a new team focused on exploring and integrating generative AI (GenAI) applications across different products.
The team will collaborate with product stakeholders to initiate proof of concept projects and develop high-quality AI solutions tailored to project needs.
After development, the team will work with product development teams to implement and optimize GenAI features within products.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Develop GenAI-powered solutions to meet product goals.
- Design and implement system architectures tailored to product needs.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to define system designs.
- Build robust and scalable GenAI solutions.
- Develop datasets to evaluate model performance.
- Select optimal model architecture for project requirements.
- Integrate AI technologies into products.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
- Stay updated with AI advancements.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate GenAI systems.
- Develop evaluation frameworks.
- Mentor team members.
- Engage with the AI community.
- Establish success metrics and KPIs.
What You Will Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in Python and scripting solutions.
- Experience with CI / CD processes.
- Deep knowledge of test-driven development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with large language models.
- Experience in prompt engineering and deploying AI models.
- Familiarity with generative AI and natural language processing.
- Experience with model fine-tuning.
