Why This Role Is Important

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager, Money Movement, to manage our payments capabilities and enhance customer journeys for our payment products.

This role is focused on improving journeys such as bill payments, e-transfers, bank-to-bank transfers and more. It requires a deep understanding of payments infrastructure and an eagerness to deliver best-in-class experiences.

As one of the key contributors in product development, the Digital Product Manager will work with the technical & non-technical partners to identify & implement new features, enhancements, and architectural development that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

The Digital Product Manager will bring coordination and organizational skills to manage the design & development cycle with a strong focus on data & customer feedback.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end customer experience for acquisition journeys.
  • Own a product backlog and ensure they are prioritized to continuously remove customer friction and drive business value.
  • Lead product discovery working through sophisticated problems to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data and research to inform product roadmaps.
  • Use experiments to inform product decisions.
  • Run workshops with business stakeholders, design and engineering to gather requirements or clarify work across the teams.
  • Partner with colleagues across all levels of the organization to identify business challenges and gain alignment on the roadmap.
  • Actively seek customer feedback to validate behaviors and analytics and to inform product direction.
  • Run and own customer research, market analysis and competitive analysis to build truly customer first solutions.
  • Active participant in scrum ceremonies such as refinement, story pointing, sprint planning and demos.
  • Define and implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) balancing between the digital strategy, execution of new features, and continuous optimization.
  • Bring ideas from conception all the way through to reality through good product management and software development lifecycle practices.
  • Be accountable for driving key metrics forward for the growth and sales outcome.
  • Manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting, timelines

What You Bring

  • Hold a university degree, preferably in Business or Engineering.
  • Strong experimentation and A / B testing background.
  • Proficient with analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics), agile project management tools (Jira and / or Miro) and remote user testing.
  • Able to set a vision and help your teams achieve that vision.
  • Able to communicate complex ideas and visions through storytelling.
  • Proficient in agile development practices and helps teams improve on their practice.
  • Strong partner with stakeholders across all levels within and outside the organization.
  • Strong partner to design and able to work seamlessly together to build amazing products and features.
  • Strong partner to engineering and able to help guide teams to build the product that is right for our customers and the organization.
  • Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to dive into a problem area, easily pull insights and generate creative solutions.
