Description

Division : Canadian Air (Aerospace / Avionics) Responsibilities : - Performing design, analysis and / or test activities in support of completing the project objectives - Documenting analysis, designs and tests (e.g., architecture diagrams, UML diagrams, tech notes, design documents, test plans and test reports) in the format prescribed by standard templates - Writing formal test cases and execute them to collect formal test results - Preparing written test reports for submission to the end customer - Investigating system problem reports and field incident reports; perform root cause and trend analyses - Providing technical support during higher level integration and qualification testing - Providing technical inputs to, and reviewing technical outputs from subcontractors - Interfacing with support departments e.g. Supply Chain, Component Engineering, Contracts. - Product and process improvements; identifying opportunities to improve products and services, and drive those changes - Making presentations of work at design reviews or other types of peer review - Providing support to the software team to ensure alignment to program requirements and operational performance expectations
