We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent for our rapidly expanding family of brands.
What you get to do every day :
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top engineering talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule on-site or virtual interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Administer technical assessments and coding challenges as part of the evaluation process
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
- Promote CSC Generation's employer brand and values to potential candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
What you bring to the role :
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced technology company
- Strong understanding of software engineering roles, technologies, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to understand job requirements for engineering roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
