RevolveStaffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified LTCRegistered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team.
As a LTCRegistered Nurse you will be responsible for providing highqualitypatient care collaborating with healthcare professionals andensuring the overall wellbeing of ourpatients.
KeyResponsibilities :
Assessing and evaluatingpatient health needs
Developing and implementing careplans
Administering medications and treatments
Monitoring patient responses to treatments
Collaboratingwith healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
Educating patients and their families on healthmanagement
Qualifications :
Valid Registered Nurse license
Bachelors degree inNursing
Strong clinical skills and knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
Ability to workeffectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Minimum 1 year
