• Job Title / Role : Full Stack Engineer
• Job Duration : Initial contract of 12 months, with good possibilities of further extension.
• Job Location : Toronto, Ontario - M5G 1X6, Canada.
• Remote-Work Options : This is a fully on-site role - 5 days / week in the office required.

Role / Job Summary : One of our esteemed clients is recruiting a Full Stack Engineer for support with Software Development in the Toronto or Tiverton (Ontario) locations.

The Full Stack Engineer will be performing the major functions listed below. The position may require additional duties / responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change.

• Hands-on Analysis, Design, Software & Database Development
• Utilize various software to deliver systems, applications, dashboards, and reports
• Integrate various internal systems using applicable software.
• Collect analyze, present, and standardize data.
• Create an automation strategy for reporting and analytics
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications
• Act as a consultant in providing technical guidance and support to student’s local support staff and consultants

Must-Have Skillset for this Role

• Programming Languages : Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React and expertise with C# and .NET frameworks.
• Database Management : Strong SQL skills; experience with SQL Server Management Studio
• Development Environments : Experience with Visual Studio Code and Git for version control.
• Microsoft Technologies : PowerBI and Excel for ETL processes, data analysis, and report generation.

Nice to have

• Experience or Working knowledge of ORACLE Primavera P6 is a big plus.
• Expertise with Python, .NET Core, Java, APIs
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services
• Background in Business Intelligence (PowerBI)

Communication and Collaboration

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with peers and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Completed undergraduate or graduate degree (or equivalent work experience or diploma) in any of the following areas :
• Engineering
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Information Management
