Job Description

We are currently seeking a Experienced HVAC Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the service manager with leadership in the field, providing mentorship to apprentices and junior mechanics.
• Provide technical assistance when required.
• Support business development when necessary.
• Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent our company values on every job.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and efficiency.
• Uphold a positive and team-oriented workplace culture.

The pay range for this position is $60.74 - $60.74 / hr.
