Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Dissect large project schedules to determine key dates for installation and extrapolate internal key dates for design procurement and fabrication.
- Coordinate and collaborate within large project teams and stake holders.
- Manage internal deliverables.
- Assess on site labour productivity against monthly billing cycles.
- Provide direct technical and application support for sales personnel including on-site technical and application support as required by the project.
- Produce accurate and concise details on engineered systems.
- Provide assistance to customers and act as a liaison between contractors, sales, site personnel and verification personnel as required.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- In conjunction with sales personnel support, as required, engineered systems from manufacturing detail through to job completion.
Report any significant developments relating to orders or customer concerns to involved sales staff and District Manager.
Responsible for keeping current on codes and standards as they apply to products and installations and maintaining detailed knowledge of Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track and report project status, including milestones, deliverables, and budget to senior management
Qualifications
- PMP would be an asset
- CFAA or Journeyman Electrician would be preferred
- Experience in project management in the Life Safety industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous Project Manager experience on large contracts required
- Experience with procurement; must be familiar with purchasing activities such as supplier quotes, purchase orders and managing delivery dates.
- Must be well versed in contract management, including change order pricing.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills.
