The Opportunity

Reporting to the Academic Chair, Life Sciences Portfolio, the Instructor will be responsible for classroom, lab, online and / or practicum site instruction. The schedule will be provided for the entire academic year. You are a Registered RRT interested in a rewarding career in education. Note

The Role

• Provide high-quality education to students in the classroom, lab, online and practicum settings
• Review, revise and develop course outlines and curriculum
• Prepare additional study and lab materials for learners as needed
• Evaluate student progress and achievement
• Provide ongoing support, guidance and advice to learners
• Facilitate accreditation requirements
• Attend team meetings, participate in program planning and quality improvement processes and implement recommendations
• Maintain close contact with relevant industry sectors
• Promote and support SAIT’s and Health and Public Safety’s goals and mission statements
• Perform related duties as assigned
