Key Responsibilities

1. Generates profitable sales by serving and partnering with adjusters and by being helpful and professional, and service-oriented with policy holders

2. Assess loss-site damage of roofing, siding, gutters, doors and windows; building and uploading claims in Xactware; and proactively answering all adjuster and policy holder questions in a timely and professional manner.

3. Develop strong relationships and partnerships with the insurance adjusters in your territory so as to maximum the number of claims that are awarded to us.

4. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Experience, Traits and Qualifications

1. Possess at least five years’ relevant experience in exterior home renovation and restorations industry, have a strong understanding in assessing residential exterior installations (roofing, siding, gutters, doors, windows, building envelope)

2. A naturally customer-centric and sales-oriented team player who is extremely helpful and always demonstrates a yes, can do attitude

3. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), able to communicate in an engaging, passionate and persuasive manner

4. Demonstrate promptness, professionalism and courtesy at all times by keeping promises and taking good care of our customers

5. Extraordinary organization, time management and multitasking skills, able to manage hundreds of insurance exterior restorations simultaneously and accurately and respond to inquiries promptly at all times

6. Possess a valid driver's license, willing to travel and work outside of primary market when required

7. Experience with insurance industry software (i.e.. Xactware, Symbility) is preferred, knowledge in acceptable building standards is an asset

Compensation : $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience (including salary and commission)
