In this role, you will act as a key strategic business partner to senior leadership while providing hands‑on support to Finance Teams across existing and newly acquired business units. Base pay range

CA$150,000.00 / yr - CA$175,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Review and validate BU submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform quality assurance and provide insightful commentary and analysis
• Support the timely closure of books and coordinate internal / external audit queries
• Function as superuser for financial systems and reporting tools, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Own sub‑group financial forecasts and ensure accuracy of reporting
• Produce financial and management reporting, analyzing sub‑group and BU performance
• Be a key partner in the financial integration of new acquisitions
• Identify operations issues and propose process improvements
• Train and mentor Finance leads teams on performance management principles
• Guide teams on best practices to achieve strategic and operational goals
