JOB SUMMARY The Intake Coordinator, under the direction of the immediate Supervisor, is responsible for timely data entry of all client referrals and updated information. This is a hybrid position with most work being completed from home. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor multiple intake portals for various document types Process documents to appropriate branch within specified time frames Complete data entry with high degree of accuracy Assist with document tracking and workload measurements Participate in client satisfaction initiatives Participate in ongoing internal and / or external continuing education activities Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties.
