On behalf of our large, public-sector client based in Vancouver , Ignite Technical Resources is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide IT Enterprise Architecture team administrative and coordination tasks like governance meetings planning and minutes taking.

The successful candidate will help EA team members create presentation materials. The initial 6-month contract opportunity has strong potential for an extension.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide IT Enterprise Architecture team administrative and coordination tasks
  • Governance meetings planning and minutes taking.
  • Admin, setup, and clean up EA teams and SharePoint sites, JIRA, and LeanIX tools
  • Help Enterprise Architecture team members on creating presentation materials

Mandatory Requirements :

  • A minimum of four (4) years of directly related work experience in a complex IT project environment or equivalent.
  • Proven professional experience using Microsoft M365 tools (e.g., Outlook, OneNote, Teams, Word) and JIRA
  • Proficient and experienced with producing professional presentation materials using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.
  • Good at listening, planning, coordination, and communication

Nice-to-Have Requirements :

  • Utilities industry experience
  • Crown Corp experience
