The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join our growing technical team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining full‑stack web applications for high‑impact government modernisation initiatives. You’ll work closely with clients, product owners, and other developers to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Prototype and implement new features to address evolving project needs.
• Support onboarding of new user groups and contribute development work as directed by leadership.
• Ensure seamless integration between applications and cloud environments by leveraging APIs for efficient data sharing.
• Help scale solutions for additional fleets as requested by project leadership.
• Liaise with cloud teams to migrate MVPs to production meeting all security compliance requirements.
• Streamline business processes and manage user feedback systems using project management tools.
• Continuously monitor and improve DevOps pipelines including CI / CD and testing.
• Advise on feature prioritisation and evaluation of new application ideas including research and reporting on emerging technologies.
• Review documents, activities and statements of work for the TA while serving as a lead on an application development team.
• Oversee and mentor Junior Developers, Intermediate Developers and co‑op students.
