Your Impact :
Here's What You'll Need :
- Degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Geography, Biology / Ecology, or a related field.
- Previous and related experience in the natural resources sector in Canada, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Experience navigating provincial and federal environmental permitting, legislation, and regulatory requirements, primarily in western Canada.
- Demonstrated technical writing skills and high attention to detail to provide high quality deliverables.
- Time management skills, with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks and projects and meet project deadlines.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal and willingness to be client facing to grow our planning and permitting services.
- High level of initiative and problem solving and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Adaptability to navigate various types of projects and your roles within them.
- Strong understanding and consideration for safety.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have :
- Experience or knowledge of Indigenous cultural values.
- Experience seeing major projects from planning through construction.
- Financial literacy and understanding of managing budgets and schedules.
- The ability to inspire, mentor, motivate, and build respect among colleagues, fostering a cohesive work environment.
