Job description

A leading real estate company in Ottawa is seeking an experienced Lead Building Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building systems. The ideal candidate will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate compliance with safety standards, and respond promptly to tenant requests. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related field and excellent leadership skills are essential. This role comes with competitive pay ranging from $70k to $85k / year and benefits including paid vacation and RRSP matching.
