Purpose / Summaryof Position :
Thisrole is responsible for providing a consistently exceptional customerexperience for our wholesale and service department customers.
Parts Advisors follow established processes and procedures for theirrole working towards targeted goals and objectives.
TheParts Advisor assists with parts requests to ensure that correct parts areobtained in the most cost effective and timely manner.
The Parts Advisor alsoassists in the operations of the Parts Departments by maintaining and tracking ourparts department inventory to be as efficient as possible.
