What you’ll do
- Oversee following up with samples to be sent and received on time
- Coordinate with photo / marketing team for required pictures
- Working closely with the buyers and Owned Brands product manager
- Managing the product seeding program through the different Owned Brands
- Support for Owned Brands buying presentations
- Take pictures of all samples for each buyer to build the overview / catalogue for franchise buying show
- Provide business with strategies and information relevant to Owned Brands in collaboration / approval with the Lead OB
- Resources for purchasing concerning Owned Brands requests
- Sell inventory through the system inventory directory as well as manage older inventory (discount) virtually or physically
- Providing help for Set-up of the franchisees shows (if necessary)
- Build the integration file with the correct information given by the OB team (created class, color codes, sizing etc..)
- Making sure the overviews received by the OB team matches the integration files
- Source of assistance for - analysts during busy periods
- Service to franchisees Owned Brands claims / guarantees
- Other tasks depending on the evolution of the private label portfolio to come

- DEC in business administration or relevant education / experience
- Fully Bilingual (French and English)
- Autonomy, Authentic and Teamwork player

- Relationship building skills, outgoing and personable
- Flexibility needed for multi-task environment
- 1-3 years of retail sales / service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- General knowledge of sporting goods products
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Intuitive when difficult / contentious situations arise
