Located on the North Shore of Montreal, more precisely in Terrebonne. This company specializes in electrical disconnect switches and plays a crucial role in Canada's energy sector. Highly reliable, custom-made products have propelled them to the forefront of electrical equipment suppliers. They are currently looking for a buyer to join their team.

Main responsibilities :

• To be able to manage strategic procurement activities by optimizing purchasing cost, quality and on-time delivery of components.
• Purchasing process, requests for quotations, analyses, comparisons, issuing, confirming, tracking and follow-up of orders.
• Maintain good business partnerships with existing suppliers.
• Research and compare new suppliers.
• Work in collaboration with other departments in Planning and Engineering, and order the right quantities according to strategic production objectives.
• Solve procurement, stock and lead time problems.
• Coordinate transport logistics.
• Follow up on non-conformity reports.
