DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Welcomes clients / patients and other visitors, both on the telephone and at the reception desk for readaptation and medical clinic
• Promotes the company and the quality of treatments offered to clients
• Ensures the effective application of the company's operational procedures
• Sends follow-up reminders to clients
• Informs clients about services offered, their course of treatment, or any administrative procedures associated with their file
• Schedules and confirms appointments; manages the schedules of various stakeholders
• Participates in the smooth running of the clinic
• Creates new files and classifies them; performs general filing
• Inputs various patient / client data into the computer system
• Invoices and collects payments for visits
• Ensures the transmission of calls and messages
