Job description

Our client in Baie D'urfe is currently looking for an inventory coordinator. The inventory and logistics coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with different departments, dealing with product, someone is organized and able to multitask. . You will find appropriate solutions to issues and problems and provide complete and accurate solutions in an efficient timely manner.

    Competitive salary $50,000-$55,000

    10-15 minute walk to the REM (the future Morgan station)

    Responsibilities

    Monthly demand planning (SCM)

    o Perform historical sales analysis &; forecast future sales (SCM)

    Place biweekly warehouse orders

    Review / order 3 rd party items as needed

    Review / order spare parts as needed

    Place promo orders as needed (new customer, job, novelty, rollout)

    Assist Quotations department in job quoting

    Stock allocation to optimize sales

    Track all orders to ensure on time production / delivery

    Assist in product life cycle management

    Follow closely overstocks and slow movers and take corrective actions

    Generate customer flyer review files

    Maintain and Analyze DIY POS forecasts

    Prepare various reports & maintain various spreadsheets

    Check container invoices and ensure correct freight and duty is being applied Freight

    Track & prioritize container shipments

    Compare freight options to optimize cost savings

    Acquire & compare air freight quotes

    Assistance in the coordination of international freight

    Freight cost reporting

    Qualifications

    One (1) to three (3) years of related experience in an analytical role

    Proficient in the development and; manipulation of MS Excel spreadsheets

    Strong analytical skills

    Quick learner with an ability to effectively operate under tight deadlines

    Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

    Knowledge of SAP is an asset

    Bilingual English and French (spoken and written) or functional French
