DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Welcomes clients / patients and other visitors, both on the telephone and at the reception desk for readaptation and medical clinic
- Promotes the company and the quality of treatments offered to clients
- Ensures the effective application of the company's operational procedures
- Sends follow-up reminders to clients
- Informs clients about services offered, their course of treatment, or any administrative procedures associated with their file
- Schedules and confirms appointments; manages the schedules of various stakeholders
- Participates in the smooth running of the clinic
- Creates new files and classifies them; performs general filing
- Inputs various patient / client data into the computer system
- Invoices and collects payments for visits
- Ensures the transmission of calls and messages
