A career within Technology Strategy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations develop strategies that transform their technology capabilities and solve their most critical challenges.

We focus on building technology enabled and agile operating models, planning their new enterprise architecture into a differentiating capability system that helps them win in the market, leveraging digital analytics to enhance the customer experience and optimising business operations, and using modern management techniques such as robotic process automation and next generation sourcing strategies to help our clients get fit for growth.

As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

xperiences and skills you'll use to solve

• Worked as a data architect or data management professional.
• Significant experience in data technologies.
• Prior work experience with Government and Public Sector.
• Hands on experience with data domains including and not limited to Data Technology, Data Management, Data Strategy, Business Intelligence, Descriptive and Predictive Analytics.
• Strong understanding of one or more business domains.
• A proven track record of successful project leadership and a demonstrated ability to manage client communications and expectations.
• Experience leading teams through the process of developing a vision, establishing direction and motivating team members.
• Exceptional data acumen, data analysis, data modelling, written, and verbal communications skills.
• Proactive and logical approach to information gathering with an ability to synthesize complex ideas and present information clearly and effectively.
• Passion for client service.
• Capable of building genuine relationships, rooted in trust with clients and teams.
• Ability to thrive in an environment of pressing deadlines and changing conditions.
• An ability to travel 20% to client sites across Canada.
• As a requirement, a Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who'll be engaged on these assignments. Prior to applying, please review the Government of Canada website to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements to obtain this clearance.
