Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare the design and complete load calculations schematics equipment selection and system concept report.
• Prepare the contract documents including the specifications.
• Evaluate shop drawing reviews.
• Manage projects from design through construction.
• Ensure ASHRAE and LEED compliance where applicable.
• Direct review and approve project design changes.
• Engage in meetings with clients contractors and other consultants regarding project reports and findings.
• Provide expertise and guidance in the identification analysis and resolution of problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
