Your Role and Responsibilities

• Assist clients during the selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to deliver value to clients.
• Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, project management activities, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop process maps to capture As‑Is and To‑Be scenarios.
