Job description15+ years of experience in mining hydrogeology, with a strong track record across the full mining lifecycle. MSc or PhD in Hydrogeology (or equivalent), with a BSc in geology, civil engineering, mining, or environmental science. Professional designation (e.g., P.Geo or equivalent) and eligibility for registration in Canada. Proven leadership in delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary mining projects. Experience with groundwater monitoring, aquifer testing, and numerical modeling tools (e.g., MODFLOW, FEFLOW, GIS). Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally to support project delivery and client engagement. The Opportunity
Innovate and Lead – Step into a global leadership role where your expertise in mine hydrogeology will shape the future of mining water strategies. As a Principal Mine Hydrogeologist, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams and deliver strategic insights across all stages of the mining lifecycle—from exploration to closure.

- Collaborate with global technical practice groups to advance innovation and visibility in mine water solutions.
