Position : Technical Analyst

Shift : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00pm

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

Partner with senior business sponsorsplatform supervision compliance and business management to developmanage and assist in detailed technical design for BAUenhancements / remediation projects for holistic supervisory andsurveillance platforms.

Coordinate and track project planning through thedifferent stages of the development cycle with the near andoffshore team.

Understand coresystems applications and technical platforms.

Develop BA test plan and test scripts andtest new / enhanced surveillance scenarios and debug with developersas well as manage UAT with users.

Be able to understand migrate light coding from otherregions platform.

Provide functional& technical support for new releases and liaise with developersas needed.

Work on multipleprojects and respect aggressive schedule.

Coordinate and manage the different BAU streams withtheir respective accountable stakeholders identify risk / issues andcreatively work with work streams to drive solutions.

Encourage and organize adhoc sessions withparticipants and work through issues.

Work with the project stakeholders PM and BAs to provideinput on schedules provide organizational governance and proposeimplementation best practices.

Minimum required qualifications :

Understand core systems applications andtechnical platforms.

5 yearsof work experience preferably in management consulting within thefinancial services industry

Experience with working both in BA analytical disciplineand project management.

Strongorganization skills

Experience working with internal and external technicalteams / vendors

Ability interfaceeffectively with staff at all levels.

Exceptional oral and written communication teamwork andinfluencing skills that foster a collaborative andcontinuousimprovement environment.

Ability to manage conflicting requests and setexpectations to both senior management and individual contributors.

Python / Shell Script knowledge aplus.

Advanced (or expert level) skillusing productivity tools including Project Management JiraBitBucket Excel Word Powerpoint.

Preferredqualifications :

Experience with IT support andCompliance.

Experience witheCommunications applications preferred.

Experience with data science systems.
