Your main Challenges
- Learning all technical aspects of the retail software
- Develop the ability to dive deep into technical issues
- Developing abilities to understand clients’ issues and requests
- Provide solutions to software integration issues with third parties (peripherals, payment devices and applications).
What You Bring with you
- 5 years of experience in customer service, technical and application support.
- Proficient on troubleshooting peripheral devices, computers and software installation
- Experience with retail and payment systems integration and devices
- Good communication skills
