Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing in‑house application support and development to ensure system reliability, compliance, and efficient operations. This role combines leadership with hands‑on technical work, including troubleshooting, scripting, and implementing solutions. Managing a team, coordinating workflows, and implementing best practices across application environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee in‑house application support to maintain system stability and performance.
- Manage operating system upgrades and application migrations.
- Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain PL / SQL scripts for Oracle database automation and optimization.
- Manage requests and incidents assigned to the team, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments, including upgrades and migrations.
- Implement workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow.
- Support Java‑based applications and .NET monitoring tools.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including version control and release management.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.Proficiency in Oracle database management and PL / SQL scripting.Hands‑on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.Proficiency with Java‑based applications and .NET monitoring tools.Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements.Strong experience in SDLC processes, version control systems, and release management.Ability to manage OS upgrades, application migrations, and incident / request workflows.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Good leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.ITIL certification or equivalent experience in IT service management.Experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC, GDPR, NIST).Seniority Level

Potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $102,700.00 - $152,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part‑time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and wellness and / or other benefits.
