If you think you would be the right person to join our team working towards this goal, we would love to hear from you!  Role Overview The UX Manager is a design leader who champions a user-centered approach to every aspect of product development. - This role requires strong communication abilities to align teams, foster collaboration, and advocate for user needs across the organization.- Technical expertise in UX processes and tools, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based design decisions.- A strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement, integrate UX into business objectives, and shape a long-term vision for user experience.

Scope & Ownership

• Partner with business leaders to understand needs and enable team success.
• Facilitate collaboration within the UX team and across departments.
• Identify opportunities for new UX projects and initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits  The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
