Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this Fabrication Welder Lead
- MIG Welding experience
- Custom fabrication experience is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings
- Supervision of team of 4
- Manage Work in Progress
- Ensure that all assemblies are correctly fitted as per issued fabrication drawings.
- Ensure that correct welding procedures are being utilized by the welders.
- Ensure hours are logged to proper job and reported weekly to payroll. (Sign off Production Trackers)
Qualifications
What does this Fabrication Lead role require?
- Own Transportation and the ability to work in Milton
- Strong knowledge on interpreting Engineered drawings
- Strong Welding experience
- CWB tickets valid or expired an asset
