If you are an experienced welder, have leadership experience, or are looking for your first leadership position then this may be the role for you!

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this Fabrication Welder Lead

• MIG Welding experience
• Custom fabrication experience is an asset
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings
• Supervision of team of 4
• Manage Work in Progress
• Ensure that all assemblies are correctly fitted as per issued fabrication drawings.
• Ensure that correct welding procedures are being utilized by the welders.
• Ensure hours are logged to proper job and reported weekly to payroll. (Sign off Production Trackers)

Qualifications

What does this Fabrication Lead role require?

• Own Transportation and the ability to work in Milton
• Strong knowledge on interpreting Engineered drawings
• Strong Welding experience
• CWB tickets valid or expired an asset
