Breakfast Monitor, Casual
$15.50 per hour
Hours of Work : 7 : 30 am to 9 : 00 am, Monday through Friday
Duties :
Breakfast Monitors are responsible for the preparation of hot and cold breakfasts that are served at the schools breakfast program.
Monitors will be serving and cleaning up after the breakfast program.
Monitors may be required to pick up groceries. If so, a vehicle is required.
Please note enhanced health and safety measures have been implemented.
Required Skills and Abilities :
Breakfast monitors require the ability to act quickly to emergencies and must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Breakfast monitors must be able to use tact, diplomacy and discretion in interactions within the school community.
First Aid and Behaviour Management Systems (BMS) training would be assets.
Additional Comments :
As a condition of employment, all new employees will be required to submit a Police Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector that was completed within the last six (6) months.
All newly hired employees will be required to complete Ministry mandated training and Health and Safety training prior to their start date with the OCDSB.
