Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for data and cloud platforms? We're seeking a talented Junior Application Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our Enterprise Database Archival Service.
As a Junior Application Analyst, you'll play a vital role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for our Cloudera Data Platform (CDP Public Cloud) environment.
You'll work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of this critical system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Support : Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for CDP-related issues.
- System Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patch installations, and system configurations.
- Documentation : Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Data Management : Manage CDP user access, data management, and security.
- Cloud Infrastructure : Work with Azure infrastructure and services.
- Data Analytics : Assist with data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Strong understanding of Cloudera Data Platform (CDP Public Cloud)
- Experience with Azure infrastructure and services
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with data warehousing and data lakes
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization technologies
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
