Commercial insurance brokers - service

Job Profile :

• Hold a valid AMF license as a damage insurance broker.
• Minimum one year of experience in commercial insurance.
• Driven by customer service or sales, possessing good computer skills (Office Suite).
• Proficiency in both French and English, both oral and written, as international partners (clients, suppliers, etc.) are involved.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Identify and assess clients' risks and needs.
• Analyze and evaluate risks, identifying clients' needs.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients with various insurers.
• Advise clients on products best suited to their situation.
• Monitor client renewal schedules.
• Perform policy renewals and modifications as requested by clients.
• Record transactions in the TAM and Policy Works systems.
• Build a trusting relationship with different insurers.
• Develop trust and loyalty with clients.
• Have knowledge of all products and services offered by different insurers.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Salary range : $65,000 to $85,000.
