- 10 15 years' experience as BSA / BA / Data Analyst
- Salesforce and nCino - 2yrs hands-on experience
- Strong Data Migration (migrating between multiple disparate systems)
- Data Delivery experience
- Experience in gathering business requirements from stakeholders
- Database design and modeling
- ETL processes and design
- STM (Source to target) mapping experience.
- Experience in reviewing and writing the Mappings.
- Strong SQL query skills
- Banking or other large FI experience
- Agile
