Reporting to the Director of Content Services, this position will be the key contact and responsible person for content deals.
They will seek new licensing opportunities with external studios and content partners. They will also maintain and strengthen relations with existing studio and content partners.
What you’ll be doing :
- Actively grow our VOD & licensing revenue, through new partnerships and strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all deals related to Paysites content.
- Work directly with Sales and other internal teams to coordinate and / or assess external deals.
- Work directly with the Talent Relations Manager to leverage all possible content deals with models & their groups.
- Coordinate assets with Post-Production, DMCA and all relevant service teams.
- Develop a stronger offering of services for prospective deals or partnerships with the talent community.
What you’ll need to be successful :
Must Haves :
- 2-3 years experience of industry, content experience
- 1-2 years experience within licensing / contractual deals.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build partner relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong oral and written communications skills
Nice to Haves :
Adult industry knowledge is an asset.
