Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Montreal, QC. The role involves managing and executing social media strategies, planning and posting creative content, optimizing social media performance for organic content, and implementing campaigns that align with the company’s digital marketing goals. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the manager will oversee engagement with followers, track social media metrics, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the latest.
- Strong skills in Communication and Content Strategy development
- Experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on social media platforms and trends
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and implement strategies to enhance engagement
- Effective collaboration and project management skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of IT solutions and services is an asset
Compensation ranges between 45K-55K per year + bonus depending on experience and vision for the brand.
