The practice covers defamation, linguistic rights, medical malpractice, personal injury, and a wide range of other civil matters. Candidates will handle motions, discoveries, examinations, settlement conferences, trials, and other courtroom work while managing files from intake to disposition.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct motions, discoveries, examinations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Manage entire case files from start to finish.
• Collaborate with partners and the legal team to develop case strategy.
• Work independently on a diverse set of civil litigations.

Key Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of practical civil litigation experience.
• Called to the Ontario Bar for at least 3 years.
• Strong ability to work independently on varied files.
