KeyResponsibilities :
- Respondto and resolve support requests from users via phone email orinperson delivering topnotchservice.
- Installconfigure and maintain desktop hardware and software ensuring highperformance andreliability.
- Troubleshootand resolve technical issues related to operating systemsapplications and networkconnectivity.
- Provideuser training and support for various software applicationsempowering users to maximize theirproductivity.
- Maintaincomprehensive documentation of support requests and resolutions inour ticketingsystem.
- Collaboratewith the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existingsolutions.
- Ensurecompliance with organizational policies and security protocols toprotect our systems anddata.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a relatedfield (or equivalentexperience ).
- Provenexperience in desktop support or a similar role demonstratingstrong problemsolvingabilities.
- Strongknowledge of Windows and macOS operatingsystems.
- Familiaritywith networking concepts and basic troubleshootingtechniques.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocusedapproach.
- Abilityto work effectively both independently and as part of ateam.
PreferredSkills :
- Experiencewith Active Directory and remote supporttools.
- Knowledgeof hardware components andperipherals.
- ITcertifications (e.g. CompTIAA Microsoft CertifiedProfessional ) are aplus.
