POSITION DESCRIPTION :

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for one of our buildings in Gatineau Are you an ace in sales?

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist in rental
  • Ensure follow-ups and inspections of vacant units so that they are ready and clean
  • Follow up on move-ins and move-outs
  • Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem
  • Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests, if necessary
  • Make purchase orders
  • Participate in any other related tasks required by your immediate superior
  • Perform all administrative tasks requested by the building manager
  • Provide rental reports or other report requested by the building manager
  • Receive potential customers
  • Respond to customer service requests
  • Respond to existing customers for renewals and unit transfers.
  • Respond to requests from existing tenants (questions, comments, service requests, etc.)
  • Support suppliers if necessary

Administration

  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Support the general manager in his duties

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 3 years of management experience (an asset)
  • Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of the field of property management
  • Mastery of Quebec laws governing rental properties
  • Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
