We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our team. The Call Center Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and providing information about products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer issues and complaints with professionalism.

Responsibilities :

Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.

Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve customer issues or complaints.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling each call with empathy and professionalism.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics or scenarios.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Update customer information in the database during and after each call.

Work with the customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and targets.

Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to explain product features and benefits to customers.

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing orders, payments, and returns.

Perform outbound calls as necessary, such as follow-up calls or surveys.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative.

Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Proficient in computer applications and systems (CRM software, Microsoft Office).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
