Job Description :
Under the supervision of the President, the Marketing and Communications Manager will support the growth of the group’s companies by overseeing their visibility, outreach, and the marketing aspects of product commercialization.
This role is corporate and covers the activities of the Canadian company Dynamic Concept and the European company Dynamic Concept Europe.
The Marketing and Communications Manager will be involved in various sales and marketing initiatives and will be responsible for implementing the commercialization plan.
The main responsibilities include :
- Participating in the development of the commercialization plan
- Executing the marketing components of the commercialization plan
- Designing and implementing a communications plan
- Planning and organizing trade shows and other events
- Promoting the company and continuing the attraction strategy
- Creating promotional tools
- Managing social media and traditional media
- Updating the website and corporate image
- Building a database of potential clients
- Representing the company at events as needed
- Supporting and contributing to the sales team
- Producing sales reports and statistics
- Conducting market research
- Performing any other related tasks
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field / experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Excellent French language skills (oral and written)
- Due to an international clientele, bilingualism in French and English is required.
