About the Program
The goal of the National Communications Portfolio is to increase awareness and understanding of His Highness the Aga Khan, the Ismaili Imamat and Imamat institutions in Canada, and strengthen the Jamat’s engagement in the priorities of the Council for Canada.

Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join the Communications portfolio as National Executive Manager, Technology and Innovation. You will play a vital role in advancing the team’s plans through the integration of cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging technology to enhance engagement and impact.
Responsibilities :
- Manage software development and any upgrades required to the iicanada.org website and app.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline communication processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.
- Lead efforts to explore and adopt innovative communication channels. Recommend new approaches to reach target audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with team leadership to identify priorities, foster a culture of innovation and determine opportunities to use technology to enhance our efforts.
- Train and lead volunteers on the various platforms and technology tools.
- Lead and / or assign and support technology special projects as they arise.
- Conduct regular check-ins with your team to ensure workload management, coaching and timelines.
