Your responsibilities will include :

  • Collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Alliances to develop personas, market insights, and competitive intelligence, focusing on customer service and supportuse cases, maintaining a continuous feedback loop through customer insights, analyst feedback, and market data to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Developing and articulating compelling go-to-market strategies and messaging for webinars and industry events that highlight Coveo’s unique value propositions and deeply resonate with our target customers.
  • Partner closely with demand generation and corporate marketing teams to orchestrate integrated, market-aligned programs that effectively drive pipeline growth with tailored messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Creating impactful customer-facing assets and collateral that reinforce our key solution messages, product offerings, and capabilities.
  • Conducting and leading training sessions for Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and partners to support new customer acquisition, expansion efforts, and sales conversions.
  • Directing the creation of a wide range of high-impact marketing collateral and compelling content, including web pages, presentations, pitch decks, product sheets, case studies, videos, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Representing Coveo at tradeshows and industry or practitioner events.

Here is what will qualify you for the role :

  • Over 10 years of work experience, including 5+ years in product marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product management, encompassing product launches, digital and content marketing, and sales partnerships.
  • Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into compelling marketing content for diverse audiences, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • What would make you stand out :

  • Background in customer service and support industry with strong knowledge of KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service).
  • Previous roles in enterprise technology companies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Experience with Salesforce Cloud, ServiceNow, Adobe, or Sitecore.
